We plan on offering groups here at HOPE in early 2024.

We will offer a Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Group Experiential and a Psychotherapy Process Group on the HOPE Ecological Model.

1) Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Experiential Group session involve a small group of individuals receiving low doses of ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic with psychoactive properties, in a controlled, therapeutic environment.

These sessions, supervised by trained therapists and a nurse, aim to facilitate profound psychological insights and emotional healing. The group setting offers a unique benefit: participants can share their experiences and insights, fostering a sense of community and mutual understanding.

This collective journey can enhance feelings of connectedness, reduce isolation, and provide diverse perspectives on personal challenges. Post-session group discussions are crucial for integrating experiences, allowing individuals to process and articulate their insights, further enriching the therapeutic impact.

2) A Psychotherapy Process Group centered on integrating the HOPE Ecological Model offers a nurturing space for clients to enhance community support and explore personal growth.

In weekly sessions, clients engage in discussions and activities reinforcing HOPE model. The group setting fosters a sense of belonging, allowing members to share experiences and insights, and support each other in finding meaning and purpose in life.

Therapists guide experiential learning, including meditation practices, to deepen self-awareness and mindfulness. This group serves as a check-in point for members to assess their progress and stay aligned with their personal and ecological well-being goals.
